    Orientation this year will take place on Thursday, August 31st, with two sessions: 1-3 pm or 4-6 pm. Families are invited to attend either one of these sessions.

  • OIMS Water Testing Results

  • OIMS Dance Guidelines

    Only Olean Intermediate Middle School students may attend OIMS dances. NO students, family relatives or friends from other schools may attend.

    The following makes an OIMS student ineligible for OIMS dances:
    - Having OSS within 30 days prior to the dance.
    -Having ISS within 30 days prior to the dance.
    - Being truant within 30 days prior to the dance.
    - Skipping detention within 30 days prior to the dance.
    - Having an unexcused absence the day of the dance.

  • OCSD Foundation to participate in NY GIVES DAY – NOV. 28, 2017!

    November 28, 2017 is NY Gives Day!  A quick note to encourage your participation BEFORE 11/28.  We are shooting for 100% involvement at the giving level of your choice.  We want your name to appear on the right side when donors view our giving page, 11/28.  Help us share the posts leading up to the event (and the day of) to promote the Olean City School District Foundation.  Remind your friends and followers charitable giving makes a great gift in celebration of someone special…and it’s a tax deduction for you!

  • Inspection and/or Request of Records
     
    District records are available for inspection at no cost to the public. Copies are available at the statutorily permitted duplication fee of $.25 per page by check or money order made payable to the Olean C. Requests for inspection must be in writing and addressed to the Records Access Officer via regular or electronic mail or facsimile. The Records Access Officer will acknowledge receipt and provide the requestor with the District staff person's name, title, and phone number to schedule an appointment at a mutually convenient date and time for inspection. Records or portions thereof which are prohibited from disclosure pursuant to FOIL will be redacted or omitted; the requestor will be notified of the reason(s) for the redaction(s) and of the procedures to appeal to the Commissioner of Education. Inspection of records are by appointment between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
