Title I services are provided as supplementary instructional support at East View Elementary, Washington West Elementary, and the Olean Intermediate-Middle School for students who may need additional assistance.

East View Elementary (Grades K-3)

Parents meet regularly with reading teachers to review student progress through parent-teacher conferences and individual meetings. Annually, parents meet to learn about, ask questions, and give feedback on the Title I program, including the parent involvement policy and school-parent-student compact. Based on this meeting, the East View community has chosen to adopt the district's parent involvement policy.
