• Standards Based Elementary Report Cards

The purpose of the OCSD Elementary Report Card is to communicate with families about their child’s progress in mastering grade level skills.  It is a standards based report card that provides us the opportunity to give families more accurate information about a child’s progress toward meeting grade level goals.  The report card explains skills that students should know and be able to do by the end of each grade level. By monitoring the skills and knowledge listed on the report card, we will know whether students are making progress toward mastering grade level skills.

The link below will connect you to the Olean City School District Family Guide for the Elementary Report Card. It will explain the academic scale used to indicate a child's progress throughout the school year as well as the academic areas monitored at each grade level. If you have any further questions about the report cards, please don't hesitate to contact your building principal or Jennifer Kless, Coordinator of Curriculum & Instruction at 716-375-8088 or at jkless followed by @oleanschools.org
