Harassment Compliance:


  • The OCSD Board of Education is committed to providing an environment free from discrimination and harassment. Accordingly, the Board prohibits discrimination and harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability or other legally protected category. Such actions and occurrences are prohibited regardless of whether they take place on School District premises or at school-sponsored events, programs, or activities held at other locations.     The Olean City School District takes reports of gender-based and sexual misconduct seriously and treats each report with the utmost care and urgency. When an allegation of misconduct is brought to an appropriate administrator’s attention, and a responding party is found to have violated this policy, serious actions will be applied to reasonably ensure that such actions are never repeated.  Please report any claims of harassment to the appropriate Title IX Compliance Officer or to your immediate supervisor.
