    Use of Class Time

    • Students are expected to login to Teams during their designated class period on virtual days.
    • Students will check in for attendance, ask questions, and receive instructions on virtual days. If everyone online understands the expectations and tasks for the day, students will be allowed to leave the Team meeting and complete work individually.
    • Students are expected to complete any practice activities, even if they are not listed in the assignments tab. To find these activities please check in the weekly channels. These activities will not be graded, however they help build fluency skills and practice the language. These activities might include watching videos, using quizlet flashcards, reading articles, etc.
    • Students are also expected to complete the assignments found in the assignments tab. The assignments will be graded and recorded in Parent Portal as well as on Teams.
    • In person class consists of interpretative, interpersonal, and presentational activities. These activities allow students to practice their skills with classmates and with the teacher.
    • The main purpose of in person class time is to practice the skills gained online and gain confidence functioning in the language.
    • Students may use the chat feature on Teams, email, or schedule an individual Teams meeting to ask questions, receive clarification, or work through any issues with the teacher.
