    The deadline to purchase discounted passes is November 1st. 

    The bus to Holiday Valley runs on Thursdays for 8 weeks beginning on January 9, 2025.

    Join the Olean Ski Club today! It is open to all community members who want to purchase discounted passes to Holiday Valley in Ellicottville, NY. You do not have to be a student at Olean to purchase a pass through the club.  

    Transportation for students in grades 8-12 will be provided on Thursday nights, beginning January 9, 2025 (weather permitting). The bus will leave from the gym entrance to OHS at 3:30 and return to the same location at 9:15. There will be an additional charge for this service this year.  

    Holiday Valley provides online registration. Here are the steps for registering:

    2. 2. Club Name – MWOLEANH (it is case-sensitive)

    2. 4. Student passes can be purchased with or without rentals. The ultimate select Thursday pass is the most common pass among members, but if you wish to purchase a season pass, the option is available on page two of the student passes page. Season passes are available for students only.

    2. 5. Other passes and rentals may be purchased through the club at a discounted rate.

    2. 6. Passes purchased through the club will be mailed directly home sometime in November.

    2. 7. All members riding the bus must turn in a permission form and pay $80 by December 1st.  These can be found in Mrs. Wolfgang’s room (#230).
